Thank you so much! My advice is always to start slowly and maybe start with one vegan meal a day or even per week and incorporate high fiber foods such as beans and lentils. Follow already existing recipes and then start experiment in the kitchen :) the app Daily Dozen is great for beginners and it's free!

also the yellow fruit you didnt know what they were are called mespila and they are a sweet fruit from a tree i dont remember lol. sad you didnt try more of our traditional fruits n veg and other vegan foods(cus we have more than you think :D)
