Toast hack: Hummus with mashed avocado on top. topped of with walnuts, agave syrup and your fav greens ( I use arugula). Welcome. You could also add apples instead of agave.

I choose hommus for The enviroment. Avocado needs alot of water to grow so it is not so enviroment friendly to eat alot. Same with almonds.
