Deathsmiles (PC): Rosa 1CC - 137,244,303

Finally, 1CC at Deathsmiles with my favourite character, the lovely Rosa, and default settings (the first Rosa run was with suicide bullets off).
If I'm not mistaken, Rosa is considered as the hardest character in terms of playability (controls). Most shmup players will probably rather having your familiar moving freely when using rapid shot, and locked in position when using focused shot.
Well, Rosa works in reverse, her familiar rotates when using focused shot. That's why she's so hard to maneuver while avoiding suicide bullets in last stage.
About this run, I had an amazing regular stages run, and a really good castle. When I reached waltz room with that much health I knew this was it. I know I used many bombs at castle but I just wanted to 1CC it with Rosa once and for all.
No, no EX stage, I have not practiced it yet. Either way, thanks for watching.

Going to get this game since it's on sale right now, thanks for the video. I'm not big into shmups, only ever played Touhou 6 and some misc stuff, but this looks fun.

No, it's from Cave, the best shmup developer (or at least the more loved), creator of the DoDonPachi series and Mushihimesama.
Deathsmiles is available on Steam, PS4, One, Switch, 360, iOS. And it's a good entry for newcomers, since you can play the stages at the level you want.
