      Sharkey dude I’m more jacked and way more ripped than this guy.
      I come from a family of athletes and genetically gifted humans.
      It IS possible to look this way and better naturally.
      If you train like an animal and have the genetics for it.
      I’ve never taken a steroid in my life, and look better than most guys on roids.
      So roids alone do NOT give you an amazing physique.
      You’ve gotta have the genetics to have a world class physique. Drugs alone will never give you that.
      It’s the same for girls, if you don’t genetically have a tiny waist and big booty, you’ll never have that ‘ideal’ female hour glass physique.
      Certain bodies are not achievable for many people, as they lack the genetics & bone structure for it.
      Your bone structure is what determines wether you’re an ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph. It’s why the powerlifters & strong men all have very heavy solid frames. You’ll never see a guy that got thin bones lift 300kg off his chest. For the same reason you’ll never see a guy that’s built like a brick shit house win a marathon.

    I ran track for a division I school for four years where testing is arguably the highest. Sprinters especially have a lot to gain from even small substance use. Much like formula 1, it’s what ISNT clearly banned and is cloudy where there’s flexibility. It’s absurd to suggest major names aren’t looking for an edge. Sure everyone drinks their chocolate milk and overt violations are avoided but substances that harness the Effects while testing clean are usually a consideration atleast for many top athletes. Eg remember the male enhancement scandals including LaShawn Merrit a decade ago? In sentiment, in my limited exposure, I’d agree with your position the top names are looking for that edge. And yes CSA banned items won’t be on the table but more than a healthy diet is needed to run under 10 seconds in the 100 meters. I should know, I managed 10.3 at my very best lol it’s other worldly to move like that unless you’re 6’5 like Bolt

    • @CapsFan117
      @CapsFan117 Před 3 lety +4

      Testing is pretty stringent and getting stronger each passing year, the risk of getting caught will damage someone's reputation just look at Lance Armstrong. Bolt is just other worldly, in his genetics and training. The 10.3 you ran is only 0.7 seconds off from the world record, to say anyone running sub 10 is on PEDs, reads like someone who is salty they didn't have what it takes to get to the next level and thus anyone better than me is on steroids.

      I think it's the same logic as with computer security. Antidoping needs a new ped to devise tests for, etc., while doping is free to research new formulas. The documentary Icarus (2015) sheds light on politics and money in top level sports and basically proves what you're saying about top athletes all being on some kind of drugs. You could argue that the more people are doing drugs the bigger the"hush hush" ring becomes and it's harder and harder for individuals to go against this movement. And one country can be against drugs but that means they won't compete for the medals and disappoint their countrymen cheering for their athletes.

      For real dude, I've had 3 years of crazy progress, my friends accused me of steroid use for getting built like that in 3 years and he does it in 6 months. He's not natural and it's obvious. Especially considering the only side/rear delts he's doing is dumbell side raises once a week.

      Vishnu Kalluri Igor is a perfect example of someone who is natural but close to the end of his maximum physical potential. He’s been training for like 12 years and follows an excellent diet while also switching up the way he works out. That’s what some people can achieve if they put in the work for years and years.
