    Tram 28 is so iconic and the hole ride is just through the memory of Lisboa. But sadly it’s really hard to find a good time to ride it since it’s always full of people and let me tell you, standing on the tram with that much slope and bumps is not a good idea.
    My advice would be, if you are visiting Lisboa and want to experience the nostalgia of the tram but want a better experience, take the tram 24, it stops at Rato, Amodores shopping mall, and a few parks with some hidden good views.

      Or take Tram 28 very early in the morning, around 7:00AM. When I did that I was almost the only tourist. Many of the other passengers seemed to be "regulars" on the way to work of school, greeting each other warmly as they boarded and exited.

    Tram 28 is a icon of Lisbon. It would be a very different city without it

    theyre not too long and tpo heavy so they can move and stop easily.like a mini bus.definitely the driver knows well the area.some of them so narrow even the cars park on the pedestrian.and what I love the most is that they still have a classic rounded shape.looking vintage and matched to the ambience of the city.great video 🙌👍💯

    It looks as though these coaches have both kinds of overhead pickup: trolley and pantograph. Maybe for travel on different lines that have different voltages and configurations of catenary.

    Is Lisbon built on the side of a mountain. Are there no flat sections of the city. What a beautiful place it is.

    • @For91Days
      @For91Days  Před 6 lety +2

    Heard that there was a graffiti problem in Lisbon. Has it been brought under control yet? It would be a shame to see such a beautiful city trashed up like NYC was back in the 80's.
