I recognise your pain friend, it's all pain down here but we don't have to stay forever, keep doing the best with what you have, that's all that matters, one day you can stand before God and show him that despite everything you continued to try, that's what matters

Hey mate. I'm not gonna do the pep talk bit...you know it. But I want to share with you something someone told me recently as a result of me being in a similar mindset to you right now...we are so used to being strong for others and sometimes we forget that when we are struggling and don't feel we can be strong for ourselves we have people who love us and will be that strength for you until you feel strong enough again. And even when we don't want to talk maybe but don't want to be alone they will sit with us in silence so you know you are not alone and will never be alone. Always here if you need me. To chat or vent or just to be silent with company. Sending hugs xx
