As an individual who has to remind myself daily to KEEP IT SIMPLE, this was a great reminder of how to do that while simultaneously communicating what’s important and relevant. Made me want to “revise” my professional bio (which I will be doing). Thank you for sharing your time 💙

I was about to CRYYYY lol bc my Bio is due in 24hrs. It seems like there's not enough time in a day. My schedule is so busy. Thank u soooo much Queen. It's really confusing ! The more i watch videos, the more i get stuck with my bio. Like each one is telling something different. They tell me NOT to include anything that's already in my CV and here she's telling me to write my name, qualifications, certifications etc .... These facts are already in the CV ... The bio is supposed to be more personal .. not just facts.

In my professional opinion, a personal bio should be about personal things such as your likes, hobbies, values, etc., however a bio that is used for business related purposes should only describe the facts of your abilities and the value you can bring to an organization. That is the purpose of my "How to write a professional bio" video. Personal biographies are not the subject of this video. I hope this helps to clarify the use of personal vs professional bio's. :)
