When you are using two flap discs with abrasives facing, than flaps for the one of the discs has to be laid in the opposite direction. This would be a proper two disc assembly. It will create unidirectional or V shaped flaps layout. Such unidirectional flap disc assembly should be mounted onto bench grinder for safety reasons.

В обоих случаях диаметр болта и диаметр отверстий имеют разные диаметры и соответственно будет сильное биение при включении, кстати на видео это почему-то тщательно скрыто…? А так-задумано хорошо!🎉
