No hee does BS
Amazing idea 💡 good luck bro
Thanks a lot bro
Bro? Really?? Are you 12?
You can use anything around 400 grit to get a hair-shaving edge on almost any knife that isn't a super steel past 60 rockwell hardness. Most diamond sharpening stones are less than $10 and they will last a lifetime. This is marginally improving the edge on the blade, and without any burr management or removal, the edge retention will be absolutely atrocious. You'll be back to sharpening after a single session of use.
These videos are just clickbait. Buy a 400 grit diamond stone, learn how to hold an angle, and you'll be able to sharpen knives WAY better than this.
pointless!!
The knife does not look much sharper after being sharpened that way. And yes, you would not probably need all those battery cores and toothpaste to get the job done. Sandpaper on a bloock of wood will do just fine.
Yes, brother, you are right, thank you
