if you're playing the trombone, you know that there are many other things to accomplish to let it seem like youre feeling it beside just feeling it. he is doing very well!
@@shoenoodles3509 what he mean't is that he doesn't fully encompass he feeling of the song. This genre of American jazz is dirty. You have to play it with attitude. His tone and articulation are fine but this song heavily uses dynamics to create that special feeling. There is no doubt he can play but I dont think he has the solo part as good as he could've
Sorry this is kinda late from your posting of this comment but I assume since this sounds like a jazz piece he probably had to make a solo and just forgot it or messed up on it
The notes were articulated really strangely, and half the notes were split. The tuning was dodgy but I think that was the band, not him. What was going on in the chromatic passages? Intonation? Apart from that it was listenable.
Songs - music with lyrics intended to be sung by a human voice - usually do not work out well as instrumental pieces. It's not the soloist's fault. Without the lyrics, the melody is a bit monotonous.
I saw a 20-year-old, a 70-year-old, and an 8-year-old. what's up here?
A rare instance where generation gap doesn't exist.
Like a community band or something

If you say he’s not feeling it, then you try, come on show how it looks to be feeling it with a trombone

@@SlyMirya Honestly, I don't know if our school just has higher standards, but high schoolers should be able to do all that.

You look like Shia Laboof chose a different route then acting
Its not bad, my only comment is that you should of been alot lot more musical and lyrical with the piece, it would of definitely been alot better
I was so excited I gotta tomboner 😂😂🤣🤣
he really poo he needs to work on intonation as well as working on his range and articulation was a problem for him.
I can play trombone better than this guy and I play tuba
