- Lion Business Park Enugu (2022) is a free trade zone. Though the park is still under construction it is planned to be an industrial hub comprising of import -export market, commercial plots, industrial plots, central business boulevard, institutional plots for schools, hospitals, etc and the Park is for the benefit of entire Nigeria and not just south east.

Good update. Many thanks. It is a laudable project. Its importance cannot be overemphasised in opening up that part of the country. It is long overdue and l pray it is taken up seriously. If it is too gigantic for the state, l pray neighbouring Eastern States catch the vision and all reach an agreement on how they can make the mega project a success. Once the basic infrastructures are on ground and running, it is 80% done!! Uninterrupted POWER SUPPLY, WATER and GOOD ROADS. All the best.

@@constantdigitalmedia Well its sad and like we suggested later in the video the roads leading to the place seriously needs to be worked on as that will make the park more attractive to investors..

That's true I have been to the place because my School is around there.. I never knew such a massive Iand is fenced with a strong concrete without blocks.. that is a nice project at imezi Owa Ezeagu L. G. A Enugu State. 😎😎😎 The Roads to the Location is not encouraging it bad at night because the technical knowledge of first time traveling.
Yes it is indeed a nice project and in followed to the latter will be a great industrial hub given its size..

The government or the engineer messed up it design, a massive project like this should have double lane if not three. Make attractive b4 looking for investors, government office should also be operating there
