You have to actually have enough Ki to center on your back to do that, and have the ki control to actually move your ki like that in the first place. Hardy har har, a couple of Saiyans that were already beyond Buu level in base form could go Super Saiyan easily once they figured it out, who would've thought?

Cabba's base form was equal to Vegeta's base form in the U6vU7 arc. That makes him several thousand times stronger than Goku was on Namek.

It's sad that there's apparently a Super Saiyan bargain sale, but only two families can do it, one with relative ease (Son Goku's family, but mostly Goten). Nappa's right, here. Goku and Vegeta are freaks, with Vegeta to a slightly lesser extent.

@sneksnekitsasnek King Vegeta and Prince Vegta were the only elites and there were only 10 mid class warriors with everyone else being low class. Really makes you wonder about how big their population was or if it was impossible to rank up or the most unlikely option that Saiyans just never trained to get stronger
Mid class warrior is the lowest class that has a person actually get voice lines. Low class just get screams when they are killed in an instant. The midclass tries to brag first before being shown up.
Meh pretty sure it’s just social caste. High class and mid clsss meant you got to stay home or work as a commander. Low class? Front lines!
Zarbon and Dodoria, fuck, even the Ginyu Force are meant to be in a different WORLD of power compared to somebody like Nappa and THEY would be "low class" compared to the current story's standard. Even Krillin could probably wipe the floor with Nappa at this point.

Make old Saiyans at least a bit more relevant. Each time a new villain was introduced, we got a new level of power. Dragon Ball Z was so inconsistent, showing characters like Raditz to be weaker than Saibamen, but also an fellow Saiyan alongside Nappa and Vegeta, two characters far stronger than Saibamen.

I would really like if Cell came back as a proper anti-hero in the series. Doing whatever the fuck he wants for fun is already his thing, and the banter is top notch. The only problem is that by the lore he should technically be able to get absurdly powerful too quickly, -but it's not like Super cares too much about consistency already.-
Hell, Nappa should be back too and rival the likes of Krillin and Yamcha so we get more out of them.
I don't think catching up too fast is a problem. If his perfect form can self destruct, than they can easily catch him up to the current series.

Cell is right, Nappa is stupid. I love it how he did it in a slow sentence. By the time he is back, everybody surpassed him with ease, he is a joke now, once he was a nightmare. Back when Super Saiyan wasn't a thing. I would like to play that game, those dialogues are awesome! Worth to get the game just for that pleasure, looks and sounds amazing.

Except people even dislike the fact Trunks and Goten go Super Saiyan with relative ease and it's the simple fact that in Super it was a weak excuse to explain how universe 6 was able to even stand up against universe 7. Effectively it was a pathetic attempt to make some sort of tension even though it's evident such a minuscule power boost would never have been able to properly close the gap.
For the kids it is easy, because they are part human. That about universe 6 was a lame excuse.
