Ok, but this is FRIEZA we’re talking about here lol. All of the characters you’ve stated combined couldn’t match the evil shit Frieza has done. Also, besides Vegeta & Piccolo, no one named here were villians. They were more like antagonists to Goku.
Yamcha was a bandit who turns around in less then a week after meeting her.
Oolong was a perverted piglet. He's literally nine years old at the start of Dragon Ball.
Tien was Anti-hero at worst. He was an antagonist but not a villain.
She didn't trust Piccolo till the Namek Saga but she trusted his 'I'm helping you because I get to be the only villain on Earth' spiel.
Vegeta is the only oddity but even then, once she realised he wasn't going to kill her at some point on Namek, she turned the Sass on him more then a few times.
So cell been out here roasting everything in sight and he finally meets his match in Bulma Lol
