    Few days back I decided to commit the hardest physical challenge of my whole life i.e Running 5 Km everyday for 30 days.
    Initially I thought its going not to hard after the first day run I realised how difficult and challenging it is.
    Then decided to add two more challenges and those two challenges were more difficult than I imagined.
    My lifes one of the great journey I have put in front of you. Please do help by subscribing and sharing the video with others.

    The moment you said it's equal to meditation I instantly gave like.
    I have almost recovered from anxiety and partial depression and a big credit goes to jogging long distance exercise🙂🙏

      ​@@nidsiscorpio8206do it! Walk and run in the middle of walk again walk. Just push yourself to go out. U won't feel hard after that.

    It is so hard reaching the level of doing 5K comfortably. Once one achieves that, there is such great satisfaction.

    Your goals are way to high for a beginner. 80% of your runs should be run at an easy pace!! 5min/km is race pace for a beginner. So this ultimately is the path to injury and loosing the joy in running. The goals are possible, but it is not advisable. Your goal should be to enjoy running and keep it for a lifelong habbit. I hope you did NOT inspire others to do it the same way, the risc of injury is just to high and not worth it. Imagine you would still go out running nowdays, 7months after the challenge, imagine what it would have done to your body. (if done thought trough just three times a week healthy workouts). Imagine how good it would feel.
    So what's better - telling your kids you once did a 30day challenge - OR living a fit life?

      If you include the proper pre and post workouts exercise we will not get injury

      I ate everything what I usually eat but followed intermittent fasting
      Food time -1 pm to 9pm

      Whatever possible to buy take it almost all are good
      I mostly depend on Strava app because that gives perfect result

    I'm complete beginner I only walk. And overweight 86kg
    But for selection maybe in 2-3 months I need to complete 1.6km in 3min 45sec
    I don't know how I can do

      Just start the training
      Aim for 1% or 2% increase in performance each day

      Needs lot of practise and it's hard work but you can do it
      A friend of mine he is military he did complete 1500 m in 3 min 57 seconds
