Functional seizures in public

Having functional seizures in public feels completely different to having them in the comfort of your own home.
During a Father's Day meal with the family I had a particularly bad session of seizures. Here I talk about what happened, how it made me feel and give some advice to myself, to not be so hard on myself if it does happen again.
