    Absolutely incredible. It's like watching a Hairdresser and Magician all rolled up into one! The Hairdresser to keep the long flowing materials under control and slight of hand by the Magician!!!
    Really entertaining and educational, thank you👍😷👍

    Great tying skills . I never use flies this big, but the techniques could be used for smaller flies. Great video.

    Such a soft hook for a fly that size.

    It appears to be straight big fly fiber for the synthetic wing and craft fur for the head if anyone is trying to replicate this

      are you sure that it is big fly fiber? it looks fluffier in my opinion ;)

    Great looking fly m8!!
    Have you made it as a Brown trout or arctic char???

    • @ahrexhooks3652
      @ahrexhooks3652  Před rokem +1

      Hi Sigurdur :-) Thanks for the feedback, I have seen both brown trout and char versions of this pattern, but we dont have them as tutorials by Andreas, but change the color in the material to the specific species give you the possibility to "match the hatch" 🙂

    The tying is so good on this one that I actually tolerated the absolutely hideous "music" almost to the end until I realized wtf was irritating me. Great looking fly that will have to be pared down some. Thanks.
