Hi Chinmay, I have old bullet 500 is not running,
I HAVE REPLACED the clutch plates, still my kick is free and even self start just spinning the magnet and clutch but NOT SPINNING THE ENGINE
There are two different things. If starter is freely rotating then sprag clutch is gone. And if the kicker is free while kicking then clutch unit is faulty or clutch ch is tight or clutch ch springs are weak. If everything is fine then check if the push rods are too much tight or decompressor is too much tight. Starter is not connected to clutch ch for cranking purpose. Strater will rotate only crank directly through the sprag clutch. Kicker will rotate clutch and crank through the gear box. So check the above point and let me know.

I have opened the clutch, chain and magnet ( front part) , my crank shaft is spinning free with the hand - is it possible that connecting rod broke or crank shaft broke ?
I have kicked my bike 100s of time because it was not starting ( carbonator problem at the time. )

Depends on condition of your area, kms done by motorcycle, servicing properly done or not, quality of fuel in your area, water in fuel, rusty fuel tank if you have... So many things are there...

I have problem that whenever i watched your old video and set my carburetor I will go super but after few days it comes back to same...... I am sick of this problem because anybody can't do this process repeatedly
I feel my bike pickup is also down.
Speed is not increase
Before sifting gear even I do more throttle.
My bike is less driven only 15k bs4 without disk 2018 model standard
@@Bullet-wala check the slide condition. if slide has discoloration then replace it. if too much serrations on the slide then you may need to replace slide but it wont work for long. so you may need to replace the whole carb.
