- Hey guys, I apologise for the long wait on this but I'm sure you know why, it takes a lot of time and planning to make this type of video, and most of my time is spent on other stuff elsewhere.
This is an alternative WW2 history scenario of Axis and Finnish victory in Europe unfolding day by day. Total frames (928). The detailed frontline takes account of natural obstacles like rivers and mountains as a defensive position. Note that some modern lakes/reservoirs shown in the east didn't really exist at that time, I only added them to make the map look better.

If you didnt know the first part of the video was actually inspired by a real operation that could take place but norway and sweden didnt allow any allied troops on their territory.

Really big fan of this scenario and I appreciate how you actually got it right, unlike the vast majority of mappers. It would have been even better if you expanded it to about 1950 so we could see the reordering of France and the annexation of some of its east (Burgundy, Lorraine, etc.), Operation Tannenbaum, the establishment of a Breton state, the annexation of Denmark and Norway into the Greater Germanic Reich, and the radical expansions of Ostland, Ukraine, Kaukasien, and Moskowien. Could even feature an invasion of Greece and an incorporation of Sweden into the Reich. If you think a post-war slideshow like this is interesting contact me and I can help with some of the intricacies.
Thanks! I have thought about similar scenarios that you mentioned plus more, except the Brittany part which is a good idea to consider. At the moment I’m working on 2 vids and busy, but importantly since we are talking about the aftermath of “Axis victory” on YT I have to be extra careful and not rush this type of video because one mistake could take it down, so this will take a while.

not exactly the same (the soviets collapse completely, leaving behind a bunch of warlord states, and japan is victorious, along with the U.K being under axis control) but the hoi4 mod The new order:last days of europe is pretty similar. Its effectively just a 3 way cold war between the japanese, the americans, and the germans. Its very well made and written and is the entire reason i started playing hoi4 in the first place.

@@ewanlangrell3455Its been a bit so im not 100% on this but the soviets originally collapse due to moscow being successfully taken but only into 4 successor states. These 4 successor states banded together at some point in the 50's (before game start) to try and retake moscow, and almost succeed but end up failing. Eventually afterwards these 4 successor states collapse due to infighting leaving a large power vacuum that's filled by a bunch of warlords, which is how russia is so fucked up when the game starts
I would love to see a part 2 to this this was amazing questions though 1st what happened to the United Kingdom after this scenario 2nd will there be a Cold War scenario between the United States and Nazi Germany 3rd why didn't Spain or Turkey join the Axis I think that would have made this scenario a little more realistic
So the US is still about to defeat Japan, by that time the fight in Europe had been prolonged for many years and the will to continue is dying out, kind of like the Korean War. Of course the new Cold War begins between Axis and Allies (with semi-Soviet) as the US presence in Britain increases over time.
Spain could of course, but wouldn’t consider it worth going over a long world war for, this will also mean losing Spanish Guinea and face embargo from the US immediately. Negotiations with Germany regarding some French colonial territory transfer still fail in this timeline. It’s instead better to do nothing and profit from the British pay to stay neutral. For Turkey, they were determined to stay out of the war to spare themseles from another deadly war, this also benefits the Axis as Turkey now acts as a buffer wall.

L’Allemagne a part au maximum avec des moyen approprier et en ayant suprimer malté aurais pu prendre lecair mais pas allez plus loin jusqu’en irak comme on vois dans certaine vidéo la seul solution aurais été que les turc attaque par le nord également et même l’URSS mais je ne connais las la composition de leur armée à cette époque donc je ne m’avancerai pas plus mais je trouve cette vidéo très réaliste !

Yeah lol, I will though answer questions about this alternative.
The British-Soviet united front in the Caucasus is a little nonsensical. That area would have been occupied quickly if Case Blue was successful. Russia would not allow foreign troops, even British, on their soil like that; because of what happened after WWI. Also this video is assuming the US never joins the war at all, which it would have in nearly every scenario.
That region is mountainous, so not all of it would have been occupied had case blue been successful, they also need to improve their logistics before they can try to take everything. The Soviet Union is in a critical situation and therefore they would allow their allied troops to help them there rather than risk losing the entire Caucasus with no guaranteed returns in the future. By supporting Britain and the Soviet Union, the US is technically already at “war” with Germany just in other ways. However, Roosevelt is not willing to make that declaration because he knows that Congress is against it. So the idea of this scenario is that the Pacific theatre becomes the first priority for the US here instead of Europe. Yes it will be a quite different event from what actually happened, but that's the point of making alternative scenarios in the first place.

Or Britain agrees to Hitler's offer of truce in 1940 and the fighting ends there. Or even better Hitler gets assassinated before Poland gets invaded. Or even better there's no fighting at all and Germany isn't treated like shit after WW1 and included in the league of nations.

It has nothing to do with nationality. In reality, there were secret contacts between German and Soviet representatives in neutral Sweden involving peace talks, terms, etc. So ideally if both sides sought an armistice then such negotiations could take place there.
this still kinda feels like the axis will loose in this scenario since there is a possibility the US could be stronger than our timeline, already defeating japan meaning that they can focus everything on germany, if the US declares war on germany which is absolutely innevitable.
It's not like Germany is weak either. Let's remember that now they have oil and that was the only thing that conditioned them to lose or win the war. In this timeline the Germans have oil.... that makes them have quite an advantage.
