I had a dog who was the friendliest, lovable dog anyone could want. She greeted visitors to my house with enthusiasm and affection. One day a narcissist came to visit but I didn't suspect anything about him at that time. My dog never approached him but instead just backed off and walked away for the duration of that visit. I wish I knew then what my dog knew.

She is unaccustomed to being in the presence of children (in fact, seems to only choose activities/travels that exclude her own) so has no idea how to act around them. 🤔
