Hi Kay, just one for your list. Im struggling with the bad boy variation of the Pot Noodle, I find the full sachet makes the meal far too hot and I need some help to find a balance. Also the water level also throws me a doosey. Thanks
Good job! Just a suggestion next time keep the butter in the fridge over night and make sure it's really cold pull off small sized bits of butter and rub it in to the flour with your finger tips, when it's all incorporated you should be able to pick it up and flatten it in your tin and you will have a lovely pastry! Although yours did look awesome too 😊😊
kay you should be on telly, the simple way you cook makes a change from all that posh expensive crap we see, your a breath of fresh air lass, (could you do a shepherds pie?).

Does that treacle have a lot of molasses in it? I wonder what that would all be like with added nuts that you'd like. Walnut. pecan, peanuts or almonds? Or would that be too much? What are your thoughts?
