That industry must be full of people who see the financial benefit of listening to people’s phone calls because they probably hear affairs or other secrets happening and then approach and blackmail the person financially. Even if they hear you talking about doing drugs in the weekend they could blackmail you into handing over money or your employer will be told of your personal drug use. This is what’s so disturbing.
