Tripura Bike Trip Day 6 Part 1

The sixth day of our Tripura bike trip was about exploring the surroundings of Udaipur. Very close to our Gouri Hotel in Udaipur, were few historical temples. We started our day exploring the temples. First we visited the Gunabati group of temples. Commonly known as Gunabati Mandir Gucchha, it is a group of three brick temples built in 1668 in the name of Maharani Gunabati (wife of Maharaja Govinda Manikya). Next place to visit was Bhubaneshwari Temple. We had some special interest in this temple because Ravindranath Tagore wrote his famous novel Rajarshi and drama Bisarjan based on this temple. However, the temple premise was closed and we were really disheartened to witness the poor maintenance of that important place. The administration should show some initiative in its proper cleaning and maintenance. Our last temple to visit today was Chaturdarsh Devata Temple or Mahadev temple. This temple, however, was accessible since local people visited this place for regular worship. The weather was very gloomy since morning and now it started raining. So we went back to our hotel and waited eagerly for the rain to stop, because our main attraction for today was visiting Chhobimura, the most exciting place so far in our list. কত দিন পর আবার সুদূরের পিয়াসীদের সাথে দেখা। মন্দির গুলি মনে এক অদ্ভুত অনুভূতি জাগায়। তবে মাঠের মধ্যে অবহেলিত মন্দিরটি মনে বেশ কৌতুহল জাগালো। মনে হয় সন্ধান করলে কিছু গুরুত্বপূর্ণ তথ্য পাওয়া যাবে। এতটা অবহেলা প্রত্যাশিত নয়। এই ভিডিও ইতিহাস ও প্রকৃতির দারুন মেলবন্ধন। অনেক ধন্যবাদ সুদূরের পিয়াসীরা। এই ভিডিও অনেক কিছু ভাবাচ্ছে

আজ তোমাদের সঙ্গে ত্রিপুরা অনেক মন্দির দেখলাম, অনেক কিছু জানলাম। তবে সবথেকে ভালো লাগলো পুরনো মন্দির টা, কেমন যেনো ভয় ভয় করছিলো🙄

আপনাদের ত্রিপুরা series না দেখলে হয়তো কখনো জানতেই পারতাম না, যে ওইটুকু একটা রাজ্য এত কিছু দেখার জিনিষ দিয়ে ভরা ।
