Kolkata to Tripura Bike Trip Day 5 Part 1 Khowai to Udaipur via Agartala

On the 5th day of our Kolkata to Tripura Bike Trip the initial plan was to travel from Khowai to Agartala, the capital city of Tripura. But, this Tripura ride has not been very smooth for us. The main attraction of Agartala, the Ujjayant Palace remains closed on Monday for tourists and today is Monday. So we decided to move forward to our next destination Udaipur. The shortest route to Udaipur was 88 km via Teliamura (as shown by Google). But our friend at Khowai suggested us to avoid that road and go via Agartala. So we started for Agartala from Khowai. The road condition initially was as horrible as yesterday. Only difference is today we are riding in day light. Everywhere in Tripura the roads are under construction. May be good for those who will visit Tripura after 2-3 years, but definitely not now. Couple of times we got confused and took the wrong road (unable to go through the under-construction roads) which led us to nowhere. Thorough this road Khowai to Agartala is 50 km and Udaipur is another 56 km. Though we did not stay at Agartala, but went through the major parts of this capital city, which is quite developed and well maintained unlike the other parts of the State. Agartala is very close to Bangladesh border to its west. After Agartala we passed through Bishalgarh, Sepahijala Wildlife Sanctuary, Bishramganj and finally arrived at Udaipur city crossing the Gomati river at around 12:30 pm. We boarded at Gouri Hotel on the Central Road (a very convenient and budget friendly hotel in Udaipur) and without wasting much time started for the must visit places in Udaipur -Neermahal and Tripura Sundari (Tripureshwari) Temple, - which we will present in our next video. ম্যাডাম একটা কথা না বলে পারছি না ।
আপনার খোয়াই হয়ে আগরতলা যে রাস্তায় গেছেন, সেটা দেখে ত্রিপুরার রাস্তা সম্পর্কে মন্তব্য করাটা সমীচীন হয়নি। ত্রিপুরাতে আমি বহুবার গেছি। আপনার যাওয়ার বহু আগে থেকে আপনার যাওয়ার পরে ও।
যিনি আপনাকে পথ দেখিয়ে নিয়ে গেছেন, তিনি পুরো ভাওতা দিয়েছেন। 2019 20 থেকেই মূল সরক যেটা সেটার ধারে কাছেও যান নি । গেলে বুঝতেন । আপনার পুরো ভিডিওটা দেখলাম তো আর কি কি রাস্তা দিয়ে গেছেন সেটাও বুঝতে পারলাম। 6 বছর ত্রিপুরাতে চাকরি সূত্রে ত্রিপুরার প্রতিটা রাস্তাঘাট আমার হাতের রেখার মতো পরিষ্কার চোখে ভাসছে। গন্ডক গ্রামের ভেতরে দিয়ে গেছেন তো তাই বুঝতে পারেন নি ।
তবে আপনার narration খুবই মনোগ্রাহী।
