0:42 me and my mates felt the same, so we used overkill, equipped the SAB and your fastest Shotgun build from two weeks ago and played Prisoners Rescue. Its so much fun blasting enemies left and right and shittalking like in the good old days.
Just tried this out with DB rounds combined with Overkill, Riot Shield and x2 Shock Sticks, Fast Hands. It was hilarious watching an entire lobby of trash talkers quit. Other matches I got destroyed but it was still somewhat entertaining.

I actually love using this build with slugs! Could be cool to see some marksman rifle/shotgun hybrids from you, with max hip fire accuracy or canted laser (S ab, S pr, Lockwood mk 2, I'm looking at you!)
I have a question about the Basilisk with Snakeshot since I saw this youtube short about it being a 2 shot up close in Warzone. Since shotguns are also 2 shot up close how do they compare ?

Who knows! I havent played much recently though because Im waiting for content. I havent done snipers. I didnt really want to simply cause I dont enjoy them as much and other people cover them much better. But nothing is out of the question :)
Man I really hope genuinly this season 2 update is flawles and filled with content when it comes out because this 3 extra weeks of wait have really burned the game down quite a hit for lots of people and I enjoy it so far but we need to get that missing content and meta shifts and reworks and new fun maps.
You can get ZERO bloom with slugs / explosive rounds if you maximize hipfire accuracy! But you need to be standing dead still otherwise the bloom comes back :P Slug hipfire shottys was how I built em for the Polyatomic headshot grind :P

Back when the game first launched, I used to love sniping with shotguns and I would get the best reactions that scope is perfect by the way

It has been rough tbh. But it usually goes like this the first couple months after release. Just feels dead.
