From my vision i see that this was perfect,bc after the video cuts he said i chose which means he know that he is responsable for his actions and no one else
@@elmaschimba963 No. Regret is when you deny your actions for fear of becoming them. To feel shame. To regret your past means you must reject your present and deny your future. Regret and living cannot coexist. Kratos used to regret his past in the first game, and in so doing, ran away believing he could start fresh and be someone new, but he cannot. Him talking to himself here is not regret. It is acceptance. He is not a different person. He is still the god that murdered an entire pantheon. Killed countless innocents, but he is also the man that raised a son, and saved his home. He does not regret his actions, for his actions are what brought him here. He recognizes them for what they are. Mistakes, unforgivable horrible mistakes, but mistakes. He accepts that he's made them, and that a day will come when he must pay for them, but for now, he has found people he doesn't deserve that call him leader. Lover. Friend. Brother. Father.

I know people wanted Old Kratos to fight his younger self but think about it. The only reason he fought every opponent previously before this moment was because it was necessary to continue on forward and reflect upon himself. Once he reaches his younger self, it's not necessary to fight himself. Speaking of that scene, it is basically him reminding himself about what he did and how he must be better and that he doesn't have to be seen as a monster anymore "You're much more than that"
Watching the end of the Valhalla storyline really resonated with me bc I see a lot of myself in Kratos (aside from the mass killings and whatnot) and seeing that he not only made peace with his past self but basically forgave himself the best way he knew how. And it was so satisfying to see him finally get the redemption he's been needing since the very beginning
@akaofficialchannel9101 He never forgave himself properly until he saw that he brought a better future about through Atreus. When he saw Atreus become everything he ever wanted for himself, he knew he was finally different enough to forgive himself in some small way but I think it'll never be complete. Title: The Healing Power of Touching Grass In our fast-paced, digitally-driven world, the simple act of touching grass might seem inconsequential. However, delving deeper reveals a myriad of reasons why reconnecting with nature in this fundamental way can be profoundly beneficial to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Firstly, touching grass reconnects us to the earth, grounding us in the present moment. In a society dominated by screens and constant distractions, this tangible connection to the natural world can serve as a powerful reminder of our place within it. Feeling the texture of grass beneath our fingertips can evoke a sense of calm and presence, helping to alleviate stress and anxiety. Moreover, touching grass offers a sensory experience that stimulates our senses and promotes mindfulness. The softness of the blades, the earthy scent, and the vibrant green hues engage our senses, encouraging us to fully immerse ourselves in the moment. This sensory engagement can be particularly beneficial for individuals struggling with sensory processing disorders or those seeking to enhance their mindfulness practices. Additionally, touching grass provides numerous physical health benefits. Walking barefoot on grass, known as "earthing" or "grounding," allows us to absorb the earth's electrons through the soles of our feet, which has been linked to reduced inflammation and improved sleep quality. Furthermore, engaging in physical activities such as yoga or stretching on grass can enhance flexibility, balance, and strength while minimizing the risk of injury associated with harder surfaces. From a mental health perspective, spending time outdoors and touching grass has been shown to boost mood and alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. The restorative qualities of nature, combined with the gentle exercise often associated with outdoor activities, can help alleviate rumination and promote a more positive outlook on life. Touching grass also fosters a deeper appreciation for the environment and encourages environmental stewardship. When we connect with nature on a personal level, we are more likely to develop a sense of responsibility towards preserving it for future generations. This newfound appreciation may inspire us to adopt more sustainable practices in our daily lives and advocate for environmental conservation efforts in our communities. In conclusion, the act of touching grass serves as a powerful reminder of our interconnectedness with the natural world and offers a multitude of benefits for our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Whether it's grounding us in the present moment, stimulating our senses, improving our physical health, boosting our mood, or fostering environmental stewardship, the simple act of reaching out and touching grass can have a profound and lasting impact on our lives. So, next time you have the opportunity, take a moment to pause, connect with nature, and touch the grass beneath your feet.

Young Kratos: 🗿🗿🗿🗿
never let bro cook anything up again...
you probably never played any God Of War game anyway, so you dont understand the point the Old Kratos is making.
Old Kratos is stronger, smarter, and knows his old mistakes he made as a youngself.
Youre ruining the truth and philosophy the DLC is making, because youre too much of a newgen to understand it.
Grow up, man.
Never let him cook again! I. Just wanna make a point☝️.old kratos is stronger,
smarter, wiser and knows exactly what he's talking about and doing.
While young kratos is full of rage and nothing else.
Some dudes typing out essays trying to defend some points I don't even make?: 🥹😢🤓😫

Title: The Healing Power of Touching Grass
In our fast-paced, digitally-driven world, the simple act of touching grass might seem inconsequential.

Sighs.. Comments like that nowadays makes me question why they’re so wack. I hope this ‘trending’ way of being ends and changes for ever. This era is just cringe and I’m genuinely over it.
