6 pcs - Porkchop
Salt & pepper
Kinamatisan:
Oil for searing
2 cloves - Garlic
2 pcs - Riped tomato
4 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Calamansi juice
1 tbsp - Sugar
Black pepper
1/4 cup - Chicken stock
1 pc - Green chili
Gravy Mushroom:
3 tbsp - Flour
1/2 tsp - Dried oregano
Salt & pepper
Oil for searing
2 tbsp - Butter
1/4 cup - Button mushroom
2 cloves - Garlic
1 cup - Chicken stock
1 tbsp - Soy sauce
Asian Barbecue:
Oil for searing
2 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Oyster sauce
2 tbsp - Tomato ketchup
3 tbsp - Sugar
1 tsp - Sesame oil
Black pepper
Side vegetables (cabbage & bell peppers)
