The book Rebel for the Hell: The Life of Tupac Shakur was released over 20 years ago. That book mentions that Tupac wanted to marry Jada while he was at Rikers. Tupac's cousin William Lesane also said on this channel just this year that Tupac told him that he wanted to marry Jada while he was in prison. If other people can discuss Tupac's personal life Jada should be able to discuss her life and her personal relationship with Tupac. She released her memoir last month which is why she was doing the media rounds. Tupac was an important person in her life. She has always made that clear. Even in her book and interview she clarified that they did not have a sexual relationship but they lived each other. You can be a soulmate to your best friend. She had a special bond with Tupac but she chose to build a life with Will Smith. If Jada wanted to be with Tupac she would have. He called her his heart and said he'd do anything for her.

I don't always agree with Dr. Umar, but when the man is making sense, gotta acknowledge it. I wish more people understood and ACCEPTED this reality of life and the human experience. People are our teachers and life is about learning and evolving or graduating. The whole concept of "together forever" is not everyone's path. Some will have that setup because it's part of their unique path and soul growth in this lifetime, but that is not one size fits all. We do ourselves disservice trying to blanket life journeys.
