@guptasagar694 Dear, there are people who work on weekends, McDonald's employees for example. Moreover, weekend days are different in countries. Although many countries have them on Saturday and Sunday, there are countries with Friday and Saturday or in my case Thursday and Friday.

We need educated people like you in our country who can think critically with subtlety. The Chinese government is very wise, that is why they have protected their culture and ideas. Indians are having honeymoon with all the social media and creating a digital identity in a brain with a very subtle manner. Now it is noticeable because we have people like you who are in the middle of change, so we have a perspective of what is changing but the young ones who are new to this, are completely vulnerable to all these brainwashing machines. I don't know if you are aware about Cybernetics and General Semantics.

It's been 6 years since I ditched social media. I was going through depression and I experienced how instagram was messing with my head, I uninstalled it immediately.
Social Media thrives on negativity and gives you a false impression of rewards in terms of likes (dopamine hit). So you never stop pursuing the next dopamine hit.

Amit Sir is a great person. He don't get his bias to hinder his thought process. Not like some other million subscribed youtube channel where the spread propaganda in a subtle way.
Thats why i started reading Bhagwad geeta and become selective on social media so that only +ve things will come in my mind.

It is scary. We are becoming automatons of the technology companies without even realising it. All the time, we delude ourselves into believing that we think independently. Reminds me of George Orwell’s 1984. Except that we are not threatened with hungry rats eating our faces.

It went over my head
I have that problem while doing meditation.
Just utter **Gayatri Mantra or Tarak Brahma Mantra** In your mind with each Long breath you take...Do it while you're holding the Breath..So that you atleast limit those thoughts coming into the mind, if unable to totally stop them..
I've noticed that The similar kind situation occurs in case of Khajuraho Temple as well..
When you're moving towards the Temple you are bound to gaze upon those erotic images carved on the Temple..
As soon as you enter the Temple You are expected to Throw away all those thoughts and images you just Saw..
It's like the Temple wants to Test our Mind demanding us to **Either Focus your mind towards the God or Get out of the Temple with those silly thoughts in Mind**

never thought about the after effects of social media over usage would be this catastrophic and linking it with the example of yoga tells us how powerful the yoga is and how it is needed for the control over thoughts.
