One & only best wet grinder always is ultra. We used old model grinder for 13years without any issues, & now we changed new model perfect + (with timer) on 2013, still it's working well without any issues.

Yes bro, they have support center. for my grinder , i broken one parts and i got service guy with in 2 days of booking.
I purchased ultra tabletop grinder when it was newly launched. By God's grace till yesterday it was fine.
Actually it was my mistake , thought the belt in it became loose so it's running slow, so I gave in a steel shop for repair ( pandemic time) shopkeeper had it for four days n returned saying no ,we r not getting the spares .
I am in Andhra , so I couldn't, if I had to b in cbe I wud have made it done n my best grinder wud b on track . Now I am using butterfly peerless grinder ,good for nothing, the water, batter n grain splashes out ,with which I get to do extra work .
Really I miss my ultra grinder . It's with me ,but in a corner . Plz suggest

But now my doubt is that shopkeeper kept it for four days n returned without any repairs

I was looking for coconut scrapper in their website and since it was not available, i emailed them to inform me when the scrapper is available to buy. They acknowledged me with in 2 days and after 3 month they send me an email that coconut scrapper was now made available for purchase and asked me to order if needed.
So my suggestion is to check with them to see if can be help on getting belt and you can give this to any shop to fix it.
In ultra wet grinder motor used copper or aluminium wire in 2020 models please clear me.

@@VivakasReview I informed to the customer care.they said,they will send the staffs.the wetgrinder is of couple of weeks old & we grinded only once,this is the 2nd time, we are using.

Even we are facing the same issue bit in our case it is getting heated up so rapidly b4 30 mins it got heated within few minutes I started to run that too for the very first time really disappointed and agitated(P.s Newly bought machine)

How much rice and dal ( maximum) can you use for this grinder ?
Its based on wet grinder capacity, if the capacity is 2liters, we can load 70-75% for best grinding, so you can grind 1.5-1.7L of rice and dal maximum for best grinding.
In any appliances, we should not load to full capacity which will result the reduce the life time of product soon.

How much
Sir,I recently bought ultra gold plus .I have used it twice for grinding idly batter .The batter gets heated after 30 mins of grinding.does it happens usually?
Sir, All the grinder will make the batter heat after 30 min of run time and its a normal. We have a work around for this and what we do it, we will keep the soaked rice and dall in fridge for some time, so it will be chill and use cold water while grinding.
The reason for this will help the batter to not get heat and if the batter is heat means it will easily processed by yeast.

Water should not leak from any grinder drum. it an issue. While grinding it may splash out due to rotation but should not leak any water. This grinder is able to store the batter as is.
