Wow not Anna mentioning 12 step programs (AA, OA, etc.) in this video explaining that if you have a blockage in that regards you won’t be able to energetically heal in other regards! I could not agree MORE! Agh… This is why she’s my favorite… This makes me so happy! OA is also for any abnormal food behavior addictions btw, like bulimia, anorexia, exercise bulimia, body dysmorphia, binging, restricting, and anything abnormal food wise at all… for anyone who might need to see this

Reiki is real guys.
My cousin did reiki on our grandma but she wasnt trained properly and our grandma passed away while she was trying to move some stuck energy in her back.
She just let out a quiet scream and passed away.
Reiki is very dangerous.
Dont try to do it without proper training from someone as talented as Anna.

I really wish you would change up the music in the videos. I think the content is first class and there isn’t a lot of reiki asmr vids with music and that’s what drew me to this channel hearing the same background music is a bit repetitive.
I love her theme song. When I hear I immediately feel safe and relaxed.
The music complements the content perfectly. As soon as I watch a new video, I feel at home.
Sometimes I come back just for the music she uses. It's magical and comforting.
