Anna I've have had a some mental chatter the past few hours. Today this girl i knew said some things that really made me think negative of myself but while im not perfect; i am not those negative things like being weak that she told me. I love how you started this session off by saying "I got you" sometimes its the simple things that help. You even used the owl rattle that I love. I feel more than 10% better now. Praying helps calm mental chatter too. That selenite rose was really cool. That accent you used made me smile 😊. Hope you are doing great and that your week ahead sends you lots of good mental clarity and love my friend ✨️🏵

I need this Anna I'm stressed about finances and I'm dealing with a my Mom going through dementia and the side of my family that's supposed to be taking care of her is very neurotic and is stonewalling me. Not to mention serious mounting repairs around the house, felonious neighbors and a toxic workplace. I need to be at 100% but I'm not right now, thank you for your work Anna you really do help a lot. 🦉
