Seth, looks like your rig is really dialed in. Low crawl, lockers, and torque makes for a safe and capable machine. I aspire to at least two out of the three, keeping the flat head.

I’m assuming you’re calling the Jeeps a “car” and the trailer a “truck” many of us travel long distances on the interstate at high speeds to get to our off roading destination. The old small Jeeps are not built for that type of travel. They are built to go slow off road. Also, if and when you break something you would have no way home. Some people drive to and from in their off road rigs but it’s not for everyone. This is a pretty common thing in our hobby. It’s all about personal preference.

Nope we all made out pretty well! The newer Cherokee bent his tie rod and the x98 jeep broke a front u joint.
