He's done a good job, lost Mac Allister, Caicedo and Trossard within 7 months, had injuries and due to Bloom's model he doesn't have enough power to choose signings. Brighton are nowhere near a top 20 size club, Bloom and his model have certainly helped them become a PL club but De Zerbi got Brighton punching above their weight last season and again (but to a lesser extent) he has this season.

Several months ago (before the winter transfer window), I said on Brighton's CZcams channel... If the Brighton administration does not support De Zerbi with players, he will leave the team at the end of the season... De Zerbi is a professional rally driver who drives an old Fiat, and despite this, the owner of the Fiat sold a tire. Car (McAllister, Moises Caicedo, Trossard)

15 clubs as a player and 7 clubs in 11 years as a manager as a Brighton fan I’m happy he’s gone. I prefer stability. De zerbi knew what he was signing up for. The clubs policies yes we’ve sold some players and had bad luck with injuries but still spent 130 mil in last 12 months. Tony bloom and Paul Barber are most important to Brighton, managers and players come and go

  • @classicsportclassictiyl8547

tbh it has been coming I mean Tony Bloom's done the right thing for me he did well last season he bought players that he wanted Dahoud for example hasn't worked he loaned to Stuttgart and after the 5-0 whooping they gave Sheffield United in February only 2 wins in 13 that's poor by anyone's standard.

they were not happy not just with Potter but the whole team going to Chelsea. Then since January Barber and Bloom have been talking about a replacement for RDZ. Barber even stated they have their next man lined up. There are 3 other better options than Potter including the Ipswich current coach who is high up in the stats which Bloom prefers but there is a very good south american coach and I believe a top player who is now a coach who is free. I liked Potter myself and he lives in Brighton but why does Bloom want to go back and risk his legacy so far over Potter if it goes wrong? All of these are opinions but Potter is not one of those.
