I don't know if you have field tested your new riffle design yet, but it looks to me like it will have a buildup underneath. Love your products and have used your original riffle on my 4-in dredge with some modifications to correct that problem. Will send you a video this summer.
hi! i am using the dream mat combo and wondering, if i could use a expanded metal or jarvin riffles direct over it? i have the keene mini max with dream mat combo, in the lower sluice, at the first section, there is a expanded metal and it is direct over the dream mat, the mini part of it. rest is free (medium and big mat section). i have your mat relatively new and i am fighting with light stones and shells in the mat, what clogs them. my other riffle mat’s never clog, stones shoot out… i played with the water flow and tilt angle with no success. pre-screened material ist better to work. but pre-screening i don’t do that much. should work without as well. does dream mat combo work with expanded metal or jarvin riffles over it, or is then the flow destroyed? any thoughts? thank's and many greetings from austria rob
I have 2 Dream Mats (10") one in river sluice the other in a highbanker. How much would I need to extend the sluice by to fit the new(est) JR? Pretty sure a few of us thinking this. I'm also just thinking out loud here...would it be possible to move it into the flare? How about that for a test video Kermit? I assume that the widest (12" ?) JR could be trimmed to fit the flare profile. Sounds kinda ugly, huh? Hmmmmm.
Wish I had so big enough to put that in!😆. I have no idea what the riffles do, but I DO know I’m only using dream mat in my sluices 💪👏🏼👏🏼👍
