I went to a time share meeting in Cabo San Lucas. They drove us really far away from our hotel to a different hotel which is scary! I said get me TF out of here NOW. And she did. We did follow the instructions to receive our discounted activity package. Honest to God, my whole family went on one of those free timeshare marketing trips when I was a kid, and I actually had a very positive experience! They didn't pay for our travel expenses, we drove a couple hours to a pretty lake with our pop-up camper and we and a nice summer vacation. They let us stay for almost 3weeks, and I remember the next reservation for our spot still wasn't scheduled so they didn't care if we stayed until someone else booked it. But I Think my parents were probably just board by that point 😂 they had free breakfast in the mornings, "community" activities for the kids every night, and yes it was free. But of course, the real price was my parents had to sit through the 1st 90minute seminar, and then have weekly "meetings" with a salesmen while we were there
unfortunately these days, millions of kids have been brainwashed into thinking "free stuff" comes with no cost. and if it does, just steal the money from people who have worked their whole lives to save up.

jimmysgirl1029 LOL bullshit you left empty handed. Why are you lying? These people are trying to TAKE money you wish you got a 100$ gift card 🤣🤣🤣 hahahahahaha LIARRRRRR
My parents got something similar is the mail once. It said they had won a free dinner at some fancy restaurant. But the catch was that they had to agree to let someone show them a water softener. So his sales guy comes out and proceeds to try and sell us a water softener for like 3 hours. My parents finally got feed up and kicked him out once it was clear they weren’t getting a free dinner lol
Imagine that, a shakedown.
I think I went through this when I was in my early twenties.😅
Hopefully your exposé save some people some time and frustration. 👍
Thorn, is Frankly, one of the sketchiest people I've ever heard, to be totally forward with you.

It’s a sales tactic. Touch communicates more than words, I’m sure he’s used to touching people on the shoulder. he is without a doubt a sleezeball though.
Roaches scatter when the lights turn on.
it is metaphor
4:49 Thorn throws that earnest hand-over-heart gesture around like confetti
the old lady that went "alright alright alright" was so excited to get her free tickets.
“Alright alright alright!”
Shut up, lady. Lol
Honey Dipper Dan 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Andre Roestenberg follow suit?
That Thorne guy seemed super sketchy, like a criminal on the run
Cheez Nutz you mean frank😂
He sure does have a nice suit I wonder how he bought it 🤔😂
I bought the suit at Jos A Bank in Woodbury NY in 2013. Criminals on the run don’t typically interview.
I went to a time share meeting in Cabo San Lucas. They drove us really far away from our hotel to a different hotel which is scary! It went okay for the first hour but once they get in your face with the high pressure it’s SO stressful. Eventually I started bawling until they found an American employee to come help to me. I said get me TF out of here NOW. And she did. We did follow the instructions to receive our discounted activity package. We went parasailing, snorkeling, and on a sunset catamaran cruise across 3 days all for $120. We never would have done those activities on our own, so I guess everything happens for a reason!
I’ve been to a couple timeshare meetings that actually did that whole sales pitch thing after the presentation. You had to stomach the pressure, but I did get a couple of gift cards out of them.
"Hi, my name is Thorne"

Then the good guy gets arrested. Where's the justice in that?
@QuIgYx I like the 2nd part better. Liars usually have sweet & savory meat.
Or killed
QuIgYx Yes because salesmen are very well known for going into bathrooms with random people and the US is known for their warlords. You get that this is a US only thing right? 🤦♀️
Great job Rebecca........please keep the eye on them 👍
I almost fell for the same thing except it was for becoming financially stable. Needless to say, they were sucking up to me and their presentations presented a literal pyramid scheme. I bounced 🤣
Jfc thats even worse. Scamming people who aren’t even in it for a free vacation; they just want to possibly sleep soundly at night.
Define a pyramid?
The difference between that and a MLM.
MLM IS now taught in Business school. In some of the counties most elite colleges.
I gotta say it was admirable/entertaining watching "Thorn" hustle and BS his way through the interview on the fly while the rest of his crew abandoned him lol.
Entertaining yes. Admirable no
Why admirable?!?!? Is a reporter, is her job to ask annoying questions, entertaining, yes. I like when thief can't answer the questions and start nervous
@@veneno276 overall it’s not admirable, but if everyone else leaves and you stay to “explain yourself” it’s a little admirable. A little lol, not a lot, just a little. Could’ve tucked his tail and left like everyone else but he didn’t.

My grandmother got 1 of those type mailers in early 80s. If we would come listen to their sales pitch to purchase land we would receive a choice of 3 items. She chose the refrigerator, which my grandmother thought they would deliver it. So imagine our surprise and anger when the salesman brought out an igloo with a car cigarette lighter plug-in. Kid you not. She was so furious, that she said she was not going to talk with her bank about purchasing the property. Wasted over 4 hours and we left without taking the refrigerator. LOL
my grandfather was a car dealership owner for over 20 years, and boy could he sell anything. He would keep these guys on the phone for hours, and try to sell them stuff off his desk. Bouncy balls, pens, and even rubber bands. it was so funny to watch him.
Lmao all the guys sliding out like: “You know I never really got to look at all these pictures in the hallway”
LOL
You spelled "slithering" wrong.
“Ima be frank with ya” *delivers another heaping dose of bs*

Great investigative work.
Scattering like cockroaches when they knew they were busted. Why can’t these washed up salesmen get jail time for these scams, how is this legal?
Because it's in the fine print. Read before you sign

@Bob Anon personally i dont agree with prostitution morally, but legalizing it would definitely make it safer. but to think it would stop human sex trafficking is idiotic.
@Bob Anon look up all the studies. the scale effect vs substitution effect. countries with legalized prostitution have higher inflows of trafficking
@Bob Anon im sorry dude i dont link sources in youtube comment sections cause i have better or more productive things. but i told you what to look up, now look it up. and no reason to use that demeanor this is a civilized conversation man.

The grammar Nazi in me is stirring.
