@@luisafrance1635 what made u think that I'm not African? People like u r part of the problem. All u do is judge everything and everyone. Always negative. This guy had the opportunity to steal that money but he didn't steal it. If he was an opportunist he would have taken the money sent to him. You are such a judgemental, useless and negative human being.

@man101 ... Educated people like me are the problem? Well you have a long way to go.
I am head of finance of an organisation that turnover £1 Billon, and my team never stole a penny.
Well, in my origin country in west Africa, everyone in the position to control cash has to take some to themselves. Every time the government changes in my Country, the money will go missing and the new one has to started all over again.
Until the mentally changes, Africa will still the same with greed presidents.
How silly of you to support governments that made the world look down on us. People treat Africans poorly around the world because, our government don’t want to use their brain and work with our national resources.
Do you know where the mineral that they made mobile phones comes from? CONGO. But the western world giving the rebels weapon to fight so they can get it cheaper.
Why don’t we do like the ARABS with their Oils, if you want their products you have to do their ways. Unlike African president, once you give them little bribe here you go they forget the people.
I have travel to 27 Countries in the world, and speak 5 languages and father had to leave my country to France for criticising the government of steal.
Africa needs new generation with different mind to change it.
