CSUE Presents 2023 Community Health Worker Certificate Program Ceremony

Central State University Extension Presents the 2023 Community Health Worker Certificate Program Ceremony that was held in Dayton, OH. CSU, in partnership with CareSource, developed the program training community members to become Community Health Workers/patient navigators giving coordination and advocacy services to patients, helping them deal with the technicalities and logistics of receiving appropriate health care.
