When one considers this was the early 1900s $1 million was a lot of money! Harold Llyod bought over his studio years later
Charlie also said something like’industrialisation and mechanisation is good. It gives people jobs. But when those same machines take jobs away from men thats a calamity. Because men need to work!’ And thats true. Exactly whats happening in the world. With computers and Remote working more will lose jobs esp the older generation and those cant keep pace. Very sad

absolutely fantastic song but the beginning could have been better. I donțt mind hearing that xylophone or whatever it is in the context of the orchestral harmony but I think it just doesn't fit well with the rest of the song in the beginning. The theme is also very short. I hope one day someone would use the most melodic sequence to create something truly wonderful.
