You should try also: Mr. Swizzle ( great combination of demerara rum, falernum and mr black), Third Wave Swizzle (gin, cold brew, ginger) and Martiki Swizzle with a pineapple and a bunch of overproof and demerara rums. You are doing great work :)
Question. The only rhum Agricole I could find is the Barbancourt, (just found it yesterday). Is this rhum suitable for any cocktail that calls for an agricole?
We discussed this abit on the last Drinking Buddies livestream.. Rhum agricoles can differ quite a lot of flavor and intensity.. I find the aged ones tone down the grassy, earthy notes… if you want that real grassy funk, try an unaged one… but also taste it first. Barbancourt is considered an agricole but I don’t find it has that funky taste. However I’ve only tried the 4 yr old
Martin Cate Rocks 😎🤘
Have a great weekend Rob 🏝

Great episode !
Thanks!
Nice video! Tip: 1/6oz is 5ml. Can use a Bar Spoon to measure.
Yea I definitely should have used a barspoon!
Hi Rob, just made #2, I don't do Swizzles but the fast blend version came out very nice
