Hi to get a job abroad you need experience or some degree of certification. Getting a non clinical job after BDS directly abroad is tough. So ideally join a course there like mha then would be easier to find a job..

Both are totally different. Select based on what you will enjoy..
Sir many of govt.institutes like AIIMS in various part of country need BDS graduate for CR How can we fight for the walk in interview without attending the 6 month or year courses?

Hi we don't suggest any specific institutes. Starting salary for most non clinical courses is 2.5 to 5 lakhs per annum..

Hi. Thank you. There are various institutions like clin india and icri which provide these courses. The problem which many face is most institutions don't help much with job placements. You will have to search them on your own after the course.

I am BDS and since 1 year , I am working as CRC in a SMO ( site management organization), it's a start up in my city.. Now they have made me the Team lead , Hoping to get good experience.. then I can switch to an MNC later..

You will get salary based on company that you join the initial salary varies..

Yes once you finish your internship you can apply to companies. It would help if during internship you try getting a certificate in clinical research. It would add to your resume. But it isn't compulsory. In few job profiles they hire BDS graduates directly.

MSc in virology then research. You should talk to someone who has done MSc in it. Find out the scope and then decide. Don't just jump into it without research.

There are various companies in google which help you find internships. You can go through their website as to whether any clinical research based internship currently available and apply. Make a good resume. Help staff and PGs who are making thesis or doing research. You can help them with data entry and researching articles. See that they give you work experience letters.
Sir what do you think about the emergency Course after BDS? Is there scope here for BFS guys
Currently a lot of jobs in emergency care due to covid but once situation is normal will they prefer BDS or MBBS not sure..
What are some work from home non clinical jobs after bds that can bring decent income
If work from home then you are looking at anything under the sky.. don't focus on things related to dentistry.. you have options like content writing, filling surveys and data entry.
These kinds of jobs can be done easily online. The reason why these is because healthcare related jobs are rarely online..
My suggestion don't search on dental channels check online job options in sites like indeed.in, see what you can do and apply for those..

@@kaizendental yes sir the principal investigator in trail must be the specialist of particular field but what about the co investigator or sub investigator? Can a bds be the one? (In aspects of medicinal or drug development research )

Usually if you plan to permanently settle abroad better to do the course there. Indian courses aren't give priority in many countries.

No, cosmetic surgery is done by MD Cosmetic Surgeon, holders only. Infact it needs super specialisation.
You can become a oral and maxillofacial surgeon after BDS and do surgeries of the head face and neck. Or a cosmetic surgeon after MBBS and do surgeries for the entire body.

No idea about this. But you can apply as a 12th pass for nursing just that they won't consider your bds there.

Sir I am a dentist and have 9 years of experience. I recently found out about clinical research and I'm now thinking of doing but confused over to choose between diploma or msc . Please guide me on this and which institute is good for distance learning and whether I will get good job opportunities after that .
Have you tried applying for basic jobs in clinical research where they want further education? You can do that.
MSc is always a bigger course than diploma.
For specific colleges would suggest asking someone who has just graduated in that field because they would have a clear idea.
Prior to the pandemic there were constant stream of jobs available in clinical research.

Advantage only initially which is similar for doctors.. reason understanding of medical terms and research.. but as time goes it's only your work which matters..

@@kaizendental I’m in first semester only . This is a 2 year course in which last 6 months we have internship. As my college is located in Ahmedabad. There we have many research and pharmaceutical industries . They do help us with placements . Again as you said at the end it’s all about how we performe.I will share my experience in future.

It is not compulsory. Depends on the companies you apply. Your Indian Degrees are not directly valid there. But based on your experience and your ability you could be hired. Hiring would be based on competence. If you find it difficult you can then study there but initially try applying directly.
