Shalom I’m so glad I came across this capstone! This is a real big help. I never knew to apply to an Ivy League school. I believed that I didn’t qualify to attend even though I had a steady gpa of 3.0-3.9 I never broke the 4.0 gpa scale.

I've persued my bachelor's in medicine and wish to persue an MS in Health infomatics ... Since I have no knowledge at all with CS what are the programmes I have to learn before applying for MS in Health infomatics or health information management?!!!
I did research abt the programmes Alok spoke about but I heard there are levels Phython SAS Biostatistics etc ... So upto what level is sufficient in the following for me to persue and gain knowledge in the respective fields
It is not compulsory to learn before joining. But learning them gives you an added advantage. The more you learn the better it is.

I am not sure about jobs in health informatics in India as have not been able to speak to any about it. Might be there but i don't know much.
Hello I’m currently pursuing Mbbs in Russia and planning to go for nonclinical side so what all options I can opt for
First, you have to decide the country, then check the job opportunities out there in non-clinical fields and select accordingly.
For Medical or Health informatics career anyone can pursue , now bachelor level programs also available in India also...so many hospitals are recruiting Medical Records officer like AIIMS , required only BSc Health Informatics or Medical Records. No need any medical degree to enter into this field . But students with Pharma background will get more preference but not so important.
Yes, have never mentioned medical degree compulsory 🙂.. and yes jobs available in India also.. this video is for those dentists who want to go to USA after BDS and don't want to do clinical dentistry.. 🙂

Visa for studying yes you get student visa.. after that most university courses you are eligible for opt that is 1-2 years visa to find a job.. after that you will need H1B visa..

Ambitious? Safe? For affordable you can check university website and select based on budget. Reason being stay and travel also gets added. So if you know someone there, stay becomes cheap.

I am not an expert. But based on what I heard is health informatics has better prospects. Still do your own research plus understand your situation and interests before deciding.
Can someone with a bachelor degree in public health with experience and skills in python language, SQL, R language be eligible to do medical informatics? Can this lead someone into health data analyst....it's an interesting career I like it

It's hard to listen to this person beating about the bush. Questions asked were very specific, but the answers were really irritating, and tough to find the exact answer to the question asked.
He was extremely kind to come and share his journey. All are not experts in interviews. If you get information with a bit of effort should you not be happy? We need more people who are willing to come and help. So don't crib about those who are trying to help others for FREE. Sorry, for the rude reply but it's tough finding mentors and advice out there.
I can say his advice in interview is so much valuable and pretty obvious things were explained for those people seeking to go through such career
