What was your favourite moment from the new special? 🤔
ALLEZ!
3:43 the part where Richard Hammond almost died, again
the idea to drive usual road car on a rough terrain
"Oh my dishwasher!!!"
The best moment was doing a George Michael
"This pains in your chest, are they getting worse or better?" gets me everytime
being French, I laughed from beginning to end 😂 some clichés are perfectly true, like the fact that the French don't care about the state of their car. what I really love is the moment "where is the bakery?"😂 on the other hand, the world must admit that Renault, Citroën and Peugeot make very solid cars to go to the mountains😅🤣
"Bonjour monsieur"
@@31416r ooo la laaa.
Can I ask do u do this to ur cars for a luagh or seriously is that how yous look after you r cars
@@rc0885 As a french, I try to do not broke my cars (for technical reason, because repairing a cars is always expensive), but I don't care a lot about the aesthethic aspect of my cars.
But it depend of the cars you have (if it's a expensive one/new one you want to preserve it).
Tbh i lile french cars especially in their history of motorsports. Plus its home to one of my favorite driver sebastian loeb
Even though it’s a joke there’s something oddly majestic about these French city cars barreling fearlessly through the wilderness.
7:16 love that even the sheep looked terrified at Hammond driving.
considering hammond's history with land vehicles they rightfully should.
Hammond would be crashing into their field soon!
@Billy The Goat that face expression Hammond made looks so funny. He is sitting there with a happy but nervous face.
Word has reached the animal kingdom
7:24
"Where's the helicar?"
"It's evidence."
This is one of their best episodes, TG included.
When it comes to automotive journalism these guys are just on a whole other level, no other show even come close.
They are entertainment, not journalism
@@sorryi6685 journalism AND entertainment
@@dhaqabk4022 They said it themselves in Court, they are entertainment show
Its so funny
What episode is it, and where can l watch the full episode!!!
Pls l need to see it
3:15 all of the hidden words on their cars is the best thing ever.
A time-honored TG/TGT tradition.
that was only for those in the know to know about, you know.
How did you spot it?
Did you also spot the clues in Back to the Future?
Hammond and Clarkson's "Where is bakery" convo had me dying.
Especially when Hammond stuffed the Helicar lol
Na ruskam??
Fun Fact: A local called the cops on hammond while he was banging into those cars parking.
Richard looked like a mad man when they all ran away from him 😂
Agree and that laugh he did too its really terrifying and scary
He did have a very "Who's my next victim?" Look about him😂
Clarkson rolling down a hill without being hurt himself in typical GT fashion
And calmly proclaiming: "Oooooh, Meeerde!" xDDD
I assume he wasn’t actually in the car for that shot
If Richard Hammond was driving, he would probably be in the back of an ambulance, of at least at a doctor.
@@oceanlnr9414thanks for the insight
He wasn't in it
As a French I have to admit that there is truth in what they say
what about the dishwasher?
@@crusty_ the french would have driven with the trunk open. This is the way !
@@nicolasherve6738 yeah lol
@@crusty_ That's not entirely true tbh half of what James is saying is actually true
"As a FGHAANSH I ave tu ADMEET zat zeygha eez TGHOOTH in wat zey SAYe"
It's really opened my eyes to new way of driving, albeit in someone else's car but I really like the carefree attitude. Thanks so much lads .
Just buy a cheap run around
like an old Corolla for a few hundred euro and your sorted.
"Oh merde" 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷
"Bonjour monsieur" 🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧
❤
This was the funniest of season 4 by some margin. I was crying with laughter. Waaay too short.
The look on Hammond's face a 7:18 is pure chaos
This was one of their funniest and most lighthearted Specials by far, loved it!
Have you heard this awesome remix of Carnage A Trois? 🎶 czcams.com/video/uuD0_6aEZQ0/video.html
2:05 ITS JOHN!😂
1:18 the fact that he actually MANAGED to get there to fit is beyond my goals 😂😁👌
This is even more enjoyable and entertaining when you're French or understand french.
It’s only basic French which is great because that’s all I understand, it was hilarious. My partner couldn’t understand why I found some of the French exchanges so funny.
Must've pained James May to carry on so with a perfectly drivable PER-joe.
"Zis paine's in ur chest, are zay getting worse au betteur?"
"I don't av' a chauffeur..."
"Oh no my dishwasher!"
My beret is off to all involved-this was the best episode yet. I might even send you a congratulatory oignon.
Merci beacoup! 😁
I have always thought that the „Peugeot drivers“ segment from Top Gear needed a follow-up. And they finally made it! Just hilarious fun. 😂 Bien fait, Jezza, Hammond and Capitaine Slow! Bonjour, Messieurs 👏
As an American this is the most civilized behavior I've ever seen. I'm moving to France
Bienvenu chez nous!
Hammonds roll over was the funniest thing I have ever seen
He’d be used to it by now one would think
Bonjour les Brits !
I’m a french man and I love this episode ! So funny !! even if a little bit caricatural at some point….but so are Jeremy, James and Richard in all GT chapters ! That is why we just love them.
cringe un peu
Cringe sometimes a lot but funny nonetheless.
Si tu ignores le frenchbashing systématique.
@@romainbarbeau6968 But as you know, when someone is bashing you it’s because they’re envious! 😉
@@romainbarbeau6968 we love the french but just don’t like the french knowing this fact...
My fav moment was ALLEZ!!! When he jumped out of the car 🤣🤣
4:43 best bit of the special
I could not stop laughing during the entire episode! Its brilliant 😂😂
Same it’s shows they still have
@@foodreacts837 yes 👍
I am french, and everything in this video is genuinely accurate.😂😂😂😂
1:02 so French 🥖.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I love how pleased with himself Hammond looks at 7:17
Carnage A Trois is now my most favourite of the new specials. Probably because it reminds of the 'ordinary' episodes in both Top Gear and Grand Tour where the Three just talked about stuff. I missed those
As a french, I have to say it was great fun to watch
7:23 even the sheep knew Hammond would bin it
legitimately. when the entire crew started running. i nearly died laughing xD.
Truth be told that propeller was frightening!
The two best aspects of this special was the constant use of Merde, and Hammond’s smile inside the turbine car as he’s about to drive
1:37 my next door neighbor must be French.
It was all fun and games, till it started and Hammond drove off in it! Hammond was the Red Baron for a bit.
HIGHER! KING OF THE SKY!
I have to say, the offroad bit is le crème de la crème
i loved the part where hammond flipped over and crashed into may. and then james says bonjour monsieur. oh i laughed so hard there hahhahahhaha.
Or when jeremy jumped out of the car
@@wizkiddyami3636 exactly
6:32 - 6:57 😂😂😂😂😂
3:14 Je suis le seul à avoir remarqué cet enchaînement de conneries sur les portières ? 🤣
That episode was pure comedy gold! I loved every second of it and laughed so hard
1:08 oh bloody hell James 🤣🤣🤣
This is why I love this trio, they are the only human being will do the things we imagine
Weird....
Not the show, it's terrific fun.
But I've watched the show 3 times now, and each time I get the urge to go out and buy croisants.
Seriously, I really do!
Did you guys do that thing with dropping a subliminal image or two.
Best laugh I've had in ages...
Keep it coming!
The "atranus" ad on the car near 3:11 when he opens his door is very well placed.
Boston was supposedly settled by the Irish and Italians. But judging by their attitude towards cars, the city was settled by the French.
The French song playing in the background as they’re doing flips in their cars in the forest😂😂😂
They need to make more episodes about countries. An episode about Italian car culture would be really interesting.
These guys are taking their hatred of the Purgeo to no end.
Only the year 2000s models :v
ah yes, purgeo, my favorite brand
Tf is Purgeo?
@@hamzamuhammadkhan Thanks for the spelling correction.
Ah yass! Oi usst to haev ai Fourosex, an ipwas a jolleh graiht fon. Veesex wip oll teh pawah yei cun apploie. Luvd me Purgeo som dip.
One of my most favorite Specials so far, not that exciting but extremely entertaining and funny😂
Hammonds accent had me institches
At least these French cars running...With a Rover or Austin, no chance that you can start them!🤣
I laughed much more than I should have at the scene of Jeremy’s Citroen rolling down the hill 😆
Check out some of the funniest moments from A Scandi Flick! 🤣 czcams.com/video/idnjx-ddoYg/video.html
The "Red Cow" sponsor cracked me up!
Its not just "Red Cow" see the doors of other cars at 3:14
I really don't know where the Grand Tour found all these stereotypes, but they seemed to have a lot of fun!
This was actually so so funny can’t wait to see more
3:18 Je mange mes pains au chocolat en conduisant 😅😁
And YES ... I drop des miettes partout !!
I was laughing so hard at this episode that my sides were splitting. 🤣
Funniest one is when they have had lunch just after the start of the race started
This felt like an old Top Gear episode in its prime. Great job!
The Citroen Berlingo was the first car reviewed on new Top Gear in 2003. And now it's been crapped on. How times have changed.
Thats life
I don't think it's being crapped on. More like celebrating them as a cheap and practical French cars.
@@khal6400yeah I get you but 99% of the time nothing positive is said about French cars. Mostly it's just jokes made by the ignorant haters about them being bad
Old Top Gear was my favorite TV show but despite this, I never really enjoyed "The Grand Tour" (with the exception of the Seamen Special). However, This special is by far the best thing the trio has done since Top Gear - It's a must-watch if you enjoyed the old Top Gear!
What about the Mongolian one?
2:05 "It's John!" LOL, Mongolia episode reference! 😂
Your steering wheel is on the wrong side if you want to drive in France.
" Où est la boulangerie ? A côté de BoJo ! " 😜😜😜
This has to be one of the best episodes.. The Three blokes were really funny
I love this episode, the best the guys ever did, including TG
Hammond roles a car: "Oh dear"
At this point it's just par for the course with him
All them lovely classic French hot hatches. The best in the world!
5:02 uuuuh we’ve lost them but man those hilarious noises 😂
This is an eye opener i have been driving wrong way all my life.
My armenian friend once took us to a picnic in a forest, on his '89 735 Beamer, roughly the same way ( only without *visible* damage). Since that, i forgo the idea of trading for an AWD, and put some allterrain rubber on meh old C-klass. There's a surprisingly large amount of places in the world, 15cm banger will get you to, without a headache.
...mmmmm, that didn't sound the way it did, wasn't it?
"Rouge Vache"....🤣🤣🤣
The last bit: The left front corner became TIGHT friends with the right rear corner. Something both corners would have never thought, in a million years,,unless by accident.
The way Hammond parked the car (in French style) reminds me of how to park Gru's car from the minions.
The parking part is too accurate in paris 😂😂
This episode did more to help the Brits appreciate the French than pretty much anything else ever.
i couldnt stop laughing when they went off road and started destroying the cars
We are french. We are weird. We love it. You love it. And you're welcome world !
That hill climb bit crashing into each other was the best
How these guys kept a straight face making this video while the audience watching this is laughs to no end. 🤣
The best episode of all of The Grand Tour thanks to this tomfoolery alone :D
The best episode from many years
I couldn't stop laughing 🤣 😆 😂
"Run for your life" *runs in front of propeller*😂😂
3:27 That's a neat place for that. My car's 6-changer is in the center console, and I love it.
"Where's the Helicar?"
"It's Evidence"
Hammond flipping that Renault for no apparent reason is fantastic
Best episode ever since ever
The blue 407 was actually really nice
Not anymore
"was" is the Keyword here 😂
This was honestly a great special, please keep it up & never stop making these, please.
This is brilliant
This is like good old Top Gear! Love it😅
Pour mettre en panne les voitures anglaises, pas besoin de descendre des chemins escarpés, pas besoin de se foncer dedans , pas besoin de mettre des coups de masse , il suffit juste de rouler 500 m 😂
“MY CAR”
“Ah just a scratch”
This show only proves that French cars are the best and the most reliable for a very low purchase price
Best episodes by far lol
The first time I went to France was in March 2019. The final full day I was there, There was a protest. Yes, it was car-related, specifically Gas prices.
