This is such an inspirational twist on a disease with such gravity; can you please provide regular updates every few months? Regardless of a connection to Parkinson’s, this is the type of content which inspires and helps us look around to see what we *can* do about life’s twists and turns.

I don’t have Parkinson’s but I have been climbing and I can say it is truly a whole body workout, so it’s really great for anyone. Just a couple sessions and I increased my strength so much I noticed a difference at work.

As a fitness professional with over 30 years of experience, I can attest to the transformative power of exercise on the body and the mind! Having access to gyms isn't just about having access to specialized fitness equipment or classes, it's about creating a community that helps keep you motivated and provides a level of support that you cannot replicate working out on your own. Health and wellness shouldn't depend solely on access to medication, but to a wide spectrum of therapies that not only treat symptoms, but work to prevent illness and promote overall health and wellbeing. This Rock Climbing group is a perfect example of this!! Folks who can benefit from these types of programs should have just as much access to them as to medications, especially when the goal is heal, strengthen, and improve one's overall quality of life!!!
Go Vivek! And Go Molly! Keep climbing and inspiring others to reach new heights!!!

This is my gym and these people are all so amazing. They are so right…the combination of workout and community is unparalleled. I do not have Parkinson’s but I find climbing manages my anxiety in a way nothing else does.

Thank you for a great idea. I'm climbing now every other stairs in staircase holding on railing. It is easier than a wall, but I can do it number of times a day. I think the same muscles work. Thanks again. 👍
