Glen Sannox ferry first day of sea trials

The very much delayed and over budget Ferry built by Ferguson Marine at Port Glasgow. Has finally left Port Glasgow for Sea Trials . New ferry for Isle of Arran ferry route . Will hopefully enter service on that ferry route later this year.

Will it dock at Ardrossan or will it have to go elsewhere?

It will run to Arran from Troon , they have to do work on the ferry berth at Ardrossan before the vessel can operate there. Which will take some time .This has been part of the plan for sometime. The ferry berth is ready for the ship to start running sea trials from Troon as soon as the vessel has completed all of the ship yard sea trials and the vessel has been handed over to Calendian MacBrayne.

Seems to be a bit quite as to when and if this vessel will enter service on the Arran route . 2024?

The green party have exceeded the green ferry, it doesn't use fuel, it just sits in dock. A pile of shite!
