Nick Sullivan he is gritty for a young man. His words grip me as an old man, normally I turn away when I see youngins doing music.
This guy....he gives the term "traveling musician" a whole new meaning with his truly portable drum kit.

I like this one-man-band kind of sound. I saw Passenger at Fox Theater in Oakland. Stu Larsen, who is also a solo artist like Passenger, opened for him. They were both killer performances. Passenger has a ton of energy in his music like Shakey Graves. I suppose folk rock is my new genre.
I would like to hear him play every song, from every album, Live, over, and over...

i love his music so much, only downside is that alot of times the vocals in his songs are rather low compared to the instruments, like in this song, at least i feel that way :(

+Kush Cloudz Yeah! It appears so! The guy has a magic touch apparently...he's the only person (myself included) that I've seen plug TWO things into a guitar amp and not have them compete/cancel each other out at times...Maybe he's learned to lay back on the guitar when singing and vice versa? That way one signal can win out while the other suffers...? Makes sense...good eyes!
Anyone know the guitar Shakey uses here? And what about specific personalised mods on it?

LH-650's are $1400 I think. They make a cheaper version as well.
