I made this tonight and it came out delicious. I added a little more garlic and half a chopped onion, and I cooked for 34 minutes. The chops were fork tender and the garlic and onion melted into the gravy. It was awesome. Thank you for posting this.

I made this yesterday for Sunday's meal and they turned out perfect. The only thing I changed was applying a dry rub on the chops and letting them set for a few hours. In addition, i added a onion and combined a can of cream of celery and cream of mushrooms. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
