This is really nice ok informative video about fibrous food. But I want to add one more thing that on scientific basis fibres are again classified into soluble fibre and insoluble fibre.
Cellulose from plant source like vegetable and whole grain soften the bowel and make defecation easy while soluble fibre like pectin etc from fruits ,lentils and cereals help for digestion ,lower the blood sugar .
So both must be taken in diet.
