Sanctuary Tour from the Water

Charles Vinick, Executive Director of the Whale Sanctuary Project, takes us on a tour of the sanctuary site from the work boat.
The Whale Sanctuary Project is creating the world's first sanctuary for orcas and beluga whales. The site is Port Hilford Bay in Nova Scotia, Canada.
