- "Dredge No. 4 is commemorated because it represents the importance of dredging operations in the Yukon between 1899 and 1966. Dredges were brought to the Yukon in 1899 as a very efficient means of mining for Klondike gold. Corporate mining played a major role in the viability of the community of Dawson City and the Yukon Territory." - Historic Sites and Monuments Board of Canada

Another interesting video. I like no backround music, or voice overs. It feels as if I stepped out of my car and wondered around exploring. Your pictures of the various sighns explains so much, and is exactly what I would do if there. I mentioned before, your videos make me feel like I am there......well done! A fan from Minerva, Ohio, USA........thank you!
Thank you for your comment. I'm glad you enjoy them. I try to be as thorough as possible.
Стив, привет, я в Доусон сити уже 8 месяцев, конечно был возле Драги номер 4. Прожил тут в самый мороз, теперь уже и лето пришло😊😊😊

You need a deadcat for the microphone. To eliminate the wind sound.
I like dead cats.. just sayin......
You're right. I'm in the process of getting some new equipment, and that's one of my top priorities.
altho in this specific vid , with no dialogue, it sorta ads to the ambience.
