      He would have made money doin it for them. He would have been running the material through one of his wash plants, then sold the clean washed rock back to them, while gettin the gold out all at the same time. He knows what he is doin.

    I love how films always depict the Yukon gold rush as American... Yukon is in CANADA, a different country. Amy Americans mining up here were foreigners...

    I toured it about 12 years ago if I’m remembering correctly. Quite a setup. Lots of iron.

    Follow the stream it was working when it was first built and trommel all the old tailings the gold left behind is more valuable now

    Problem with dredges is moving them. When the ground stops paying, what do you do with the dredge? Move it? Ask Tony Beets about that. He probably spent over a million dollars moving the first dredge he bought.

    wait a minute...did i hear it right...992000 Ounces of gold worth over a million dollars..that can't be right...more like closer to around a billion or just short of a billion even at the ounce price for those times...help me out am i right or wrong

      The video was referencing 992050 grams (not ounces). About 28 grams in an ounce. You also have to take into account inflation ($1million dollars back then in today’s money is $$$)
